Lied about size of company. (One man band) left an unfinished leaking roof. Installed scratched and dented sheets. Left a huge mess and lied to fair work when reported. Slow as he works alone. Had a habbit of turning any mistakes made in ordering materials into something the client should rectify. A few examples of this is ordering sheets too long so they sat over the gutter then requiring the roof to be modified to fit his sheets instead of cutting them before continuing. (Didn't 'ask' just said that's what's happening or he'll bend the top of the sheets onto the ridge) Also quoting for 6" barge boards then on install asking to rebuild gable ends to fit the 4" boards he ordered. When a technique was shown to fit the fascias guess who had to cut them after changing the roof? I just did it in the interest of getting it weather tight. This roof was complete and measured onsite prior to quoting so it's not as if something had been misrepresented or changed. Will not take responsibility for any of his own mistakes so beware. Like a child to deal with. Tantrums, arrogant when challenged.
